According to Mark Gurman's most recent Power On newsletter, Apple will not be releasing any significant improvements for its goods in 2023, including the iPad, AirPods, Apple Watch, and Apple TV. This information is released at the same time as Apple is apparently concentrating on the arrival of its Mixed Reality headset, which is anticipated to be unveiled this spring.
It's been a few months since the firm upgraded the AirPods Pro, so it's (sort of) assumed that there won't be any "noteworthy" updates to the AirPods this year. This might also imply that there won't be an updated version of the AirPods Max. Additionally, the AirPods Lite model, which was supposed to debut this year, might not happen.
Though minor performance upgrades might be offered to current models, major hardware modifications for the Apple Watch are not anticipated. This year, Apple Watch Ultra, its newest watch model, might also get a few small tweaks.
Gurman concludes by saying that there are no plans to release a new Apple TV in 2023. In contrast to other items in Apple's range, the current Apple TV model was only introduced in October 2022, so it is important to keep this in mind.
